We are looking for individuals with 650+ Credit scores and have been on your job for at least 2 years.EARN $1,000.00 to $1,500.00 per property that you co-sign for on our properties.

We buy the houses with ALL CASH and fix them with ALL CASH. We just need a co-signer for when we refinance the property to 65% LTV. We need to refinance as Full Doc borrowers, but only qualify as STATED INCOME because most of our money is undocumented from real estate.

WE HAVE VERIFIABLE funds of $300k.

We rent directly to Section-8 tenants, so all rents are Guaranteed.We purchase 3-7 homes per month.

You will receive copies of the purchase contracts and proof that the homes were purchased with all cash and you will see the After Repairs Appraisal and contract with Section-8.
